If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we sell, we will gladly refund your money in full. Just send it back, shipping pre-paid by you and we will refund. Products need to be in 100% AS-NEW conditions in the original packaging. If we can't sell to another customer as if it was brand new, there will be additional charges to you.
New harnesses that we sell cannot be flown with and then returned without a restocking fee. Hang in your harness for an extended period of time INDOORS with all your flying gear packed in them to ensure a proper fit. Once they are flown with, they can't be returned without a restocking fee.
For our refund policy on our training courses, please contact us. We do have a policy but choose not to publish it. Not many schools offer a refund policy but we think it is ethical to offer one as we never want students to feel pressured into finishing their courses just to get their money's worth or feel that we are ripping you off by over-selling you on the courses we offer. We think it is a shame other schools do this.
