NorthWing Gliders

The last of the American-made hang gliding manufacturers!  Their main business is making trikes but that allows them to also make great hang gliders!  

Their flag-ship hang glider, the Freedom is the only one we list due to its unique position in the progression of modern gliders.  It is a curved-tipped, single-surface glider that is a nice fit between the classic single-surface gliders like the Falcon or Malibu and the high-performance you get on those manufactures next step up (Sport3/Gecko).  It gives a decent amount of additional performance while still maintains the passive-safety features of a single-surface glider.

It is also Instinct's choice of tandem glider (the 22 size)...once again, it gives some additional performance while maintaining an easy to fly glider.
