50/50 tickets

For the SOGA "Competitors" fund.

Started in Dec 2017 to help fund SOGAnaughts venturing out to their first sanctioned competition.  We still have to figure out how to take applications for funding or even WHEN we will start using the funds.  It may take a year before it's worth while dipping into.

$5 for 3 tickets.  The SOGA treasurer is going to keep track of the funds.  Any tickets purchased here will be transferred after each draw to the treasurer.
